Follow this step-by-step journey to help you install, configure, verify, and start using your Wireless OBM system. Complete each step in order to ensure your Wireless OBM system is installed correctly and ready for day-to-day operation.

Step 1 — Install your Right Weigh Gauges

Important: Installing gauges in the correct location is essential for accurate weight measurement and reliable Wireless OBM performance.
Step 2 — Install the V-DAQ TAG
Install the V-DAQ TAG and Power Adapter to connect the Right Weigh system to the V-DAQ Platform. If you already have a V-DAQ Tag installed, please proceed to Step 2.

Step 3 — Verify the Installation
Complete the installation verification process to ensure the system is operating correctly before use.

Step 4 — Download Wireless OBM App and Set Combination
Install the Wireless OBM App and sign in using your V-DAQ account.

Step 5 — Data Verification
To allow V-DAQ to verify your vehicle data, please ensure:
- The correct vehicle combination is selected via the V-DAQ Wireless OBM App.
- The V-DAQ TAG and Right Weigh gauges are powered on.
- The vehicle is driven for at least 30 minutes.

Important: To ensure V-DAQ can validate the accuracy and quality of your vehicle data, it is
essential that this step is completed.
Step 6 — Enrolment
Once your vehicle data has been verified, V-DAQ will complete your enrolment in all applicable schemes and email you a Certificate of Enrolment.
