Geofence Activity Report

A site-centric timeline report that shows how vehicles and assets interact with defined geofences such as depots, yards, and customer sites.

The report focuses on what happened at each site, rather than vehicle transit or trip flow. Each site visit is represented using two rows only:

• Geofence Entry: arrival at the site with inter-site travel context.

• Geofence Exit: departure from the site with a full summary of on-site activity.

All activity that occurs within the site boundary (time on site, idling, stops, speed, and weight change) is aggregated and reported on the Geofence Exit row.

This allows the report to scale to hundreds of vehicles or assets per site while remaining concise, auditable, and operationally meaningful.
