What you'll see on the All Reports screen
The All Reports screen is your central view of all reports for your account. From here, you can see reports that are completed, currently being generated, or have been scheduled.
You can also create a new report whenever you need one.
Each report shows:
- Report Name – The name of the report.
- Report Type – The report template used.
- Created By – The person who created the report.
- Created – When the report was created.
- Last Viewed – When the report was last opened.
- Status – Whether the report is being generated or is ready to view.
Reports are generated in the background
When you create a report, you don't need to wait on a loading screen.
Once you select Run, you'll be taken back to the All Reports screen while your report is generated in the background.
The report status will update automatically, so there's no need to refresh the page.
Once it's ready, you can open or download the report directly from the list.
Good to Know
Reports are snapshots.
Once a report has been created, it can't be edited. The report reflects the data available at the time it was generated.
If you run the same report again later, the results may be different.
For example, if you run a report for Today at midday and run the same report again at midnight, both reports cover the same date, but the second report may include additional activity captured during the afternoon and evening.
No need to refresh.
The All Reports screen automatically checks for updates while your report is being generated. Once it's ready, you'll be able to open or download it from the list.
