Create a report

Build a report to view fleet performance, vehicle activity, events, and geofence data over a selected time period.

Creating a new report

  1. In your account, navigate to Reports.
  2. Click + New Report at the top left.
  3. On the Select Report Type screen, click the report type you want to build. Report types marked Coming Soon are not yet available.

  1. Click Select Period at the top of the page and choose a preset (Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month) or a custom date range.
  2. Click Select Vehicles at the top of the page and choose the vehicles to include in the report.
  3. For reports that support comparisons, click the comparison icon and choose a comparison period.
  4. Configure any optional fields specific to the selected report type.
  5. To rename the report, click the pencil icon next to the report name at the top left.
  6. Click Build Report at the top right to run the report.
  7. The report will appear in All Reports with a Pending status while it generates. Click the report name to open it once ready.

Built reports are stored on the platform so they can be viewed and downloaded later. The platform also records which user created each report and when, making it easy to find reports created by you or other users.
