Paperwork
You will receive an email from V-DAQ Platform which will contain both agreements. You can read and sign these agreements online. The Service Agreement is the agreement for our services with you. The TMA Agreement is the agreement between you, as the operator, V-DAQ, and TCA.
Payment
You will receive an email from Xero with attached invoice(s). You can make payment through EFT/Direct Debit, or you can use a Debit or Credit Card. Full payment is due before we start your enrolment.
Delivery
Once we have received both signed documents and payment, we endeavor to complete the enrolment setup and deliver your Tag(s) within 3 - 6 weeks.
Certificates
V-DAG Once our team completes their data certification check they will issue a Certificate of Enrolment for you to download from the V-DAQ app or platform. To provide roadside evidence that you are enrolled in RIM or TMA you are required to hold the relevant certificate(s) in each vehicle.
